Every Like A Virgin accessory is made to order in limited chapter releases. We do not produce in excess, and we do not treat these pieces casually. The policies below outline how we protect the work, the process, and your purchase.

MADE TO ORDER & FINAL SALE

All Like A Virgin accessories are made to order.

Because each piece is cut and assembled specifically for you, all accessory sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please review product descriptions, color selections, and sizing carefully prior to purchase. If you have questions before placing your order, we encourage you to contact us.


DEFECTS & DAMAGES

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

All concerns must be reported within four (4) days of confirmed delivery.

To initiate review, please email:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the concern

If approved, return shipping (if required) will be covered by us.

Claims submitted beyond four days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement.


SHIPPING & ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Because all accessories are made to order, there is typically a production window during which shipping details may be corrected. Address changes must be requested prior to shipment.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute or redirect packages.

If a package is delivered to the address entered at checkout, Like A Virgin and Lauren Elaine Inc. are not responsible for incorrect address submission.


SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Orders over $300 are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.


LOST OR MARKED-DELIVERED PACKAGES

All shipments include tracking and carrier protection.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transit rests with the shipping provider.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward resolution. Final determinations are subject to carrier investigation procedures.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES

We ship both domestically and internationally.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Like A Virgin and Lauren Elaine Inc. are not responsible for customs delays or additional international fees.


PAYMENT PLANS

Installment options may be available through third-party providers such as Shop Pay or PayPal.

All installment agreements are administered directly by the payment provider. Like A Virgin does not manage or control third-party financing terms.

In-house payment plans do not apply to accessories.


PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Estimated production timelines are provided on each product page.

In the rare event of a delay, you will be notified and given the option to:
• Proceed with an adjusted timeline
• Cancel your order for a full refund

We are highly protective of our production standards and timelines.


LIMITED CHAPTER RELEASES

Accessories are released in limited chapter drops.

Once a piece sells out, restocks are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
